Summer Waldorf Salad

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

8 Tbsp. Marie’s^® Creamy Ranch Dressing
4 cups Boston bibb lettuce
4 cups apple, shredded
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts
4 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
20 slices apple, sliced

Preparations

1. Place serving of Boston Bibb lettuce in center of plate.
2. Top lettuce with shredded apples. grapes and walnuts.
3. Drizzle ranch dressing on top of salad and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
4. Serve with apple slices.
