Country Dijon Honey Mustard

Steak and Roasted Potato Salad

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1¼ cups Marie’s® Country Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing + Dip
  • 10 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 cups roasted potatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup green beans, cooked, halved
  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced
  • 24 oz. grilled steak, cooked medium, sliced
  • ½ cup crispy onion strings
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley


  1. In a mixing bowl, toss all of the ingredients together except for the cooked steak, onion strings and parsley.
  2. Plate the salad on each serving dish, arranging sliced steak on top.
  3. Sprinkle the salad with onion strings and garnish with parsley.
