Creamy Avocado Poblano Dressing

Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Chopped Salad

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1¼ cups Marie’s® Creamy Avocado Poblano Dressing
  • 10 cups mixed greens, chopped
  • 2 cups grilled chicken, diced ½"
  • ½ cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup leeks, grilled, diced ½"
  • ½ cup corn, fire roasted
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced ½"
  • ¼ cup carrots, julienne
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 2 each avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. In a mixing bowl, lightly toss and combine all ingredients together except for the avocado, tomato and cilantro.
  2. In the center of each serving bowl, place the salad with height, and top with the sliced avocado in the center. Garnish with chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes.
