Watermelon and Tomato Salad

Yield: 4 servings


  • ¾ cup Marie’s® Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed 1"
  • 3 cups heirloom or yellow tomatoes, cubed 1"
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed 1"
  • 4 cups frisée, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup basil, julienne
  • ¼ cup Marcona almonds


  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together all ingredients except frisée and basil. Combine well.
  2. Place frisée on each serving dish, and top with mixed ingredients from step 1. Garnish with basil.
