Place each half of iceberg lettuce on a plate, arranging the prosciutto, capicola and mortadella on top to one side.
Arrange the diced tomatoes, peppers, mozzarella cheese, bacon and olive salad on top of lettuce. Place the sliced hard-boiled egg in the center of the salad.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve with grilled focaccia bread.
