Country Dijon Honey Mustard

Muffaletta Italian Salad

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1¼ cups Marie’s® Country Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing + Dip
  • 2 heads baby iceberg lettuce, halved
  • 3 oz. prosciutto, sliced
  • 3 oz. capicola, sliced
  • 3 oz. mortadella, sliced
  • ½ cup heirloom tomatoes, diced
  • 4 each roasted red peppers, small diced
  • 12 slices smoked mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup olive salad, prepared
  • 4 each hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 4 slices grilled focaccia


  1. Place each half of iceberg lettuce on a plate, arranging the prosciutto, capicola and mortadella on top to one side.
  2. Arrange the diced tomatoes, peppers, mozzarella cheese, bacon and olive salad on top of lettuce. Place the sliced hard-boiled egg in the center of the salad.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve with grilled focaccia bread.
