1 cup Marie’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
12 oz. chicken
8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups avocado, diced
1-1/4 cups bacon, cooked and chopped
8 each soft-boiled eggs
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cook chicken until fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
3. Lay romaine lettuce on plate.
4. Top lettuce with sliced chicken, avocado, chopped bacon, blue cheese dressing and soft-boiled eggs, side by side.
