4 oz. Marie’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
4–6 oz. breaded chicken
4 oz. lettuce, shredded
4 each rolls, sliced and toasted
4 each red onion, slices
8 each tomato, slices
8 oz. Buffalo sauce
1. Fry chicken to an internal temperature of 165ºF; keep warm.
2. For each sandwich, place shredded lettuce on the bottom half of a roll. Stack onion and tomato atop lettuce.
3. Toss chicken pieces with Buffalo sauce until all sides are covered; place atop each vegetable stack.
4. Top chicken with dressing and close the sandwich.
