Bacon–Honey Mustard Potato Salad

Yield: 4 servings


1/4 cup Marie’s® Honey Mustard Dressing
14 oz. red potatoes, cooked and diced
2.65 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
2.65 oz. celery, small-diced
2.65 oz. onion, small-diced
1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp. thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper (to taste)


1. In a clean bowl, add all ingredients except salt and pepper; combine well.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Place in a clean storage container and hold for service chilled.
