12 oz. Marie’s® White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette
4 cups fresh mozzarella cheese, 1/2-inch dice
4 cups heirloom tomatoes, 1/2-inch dice
2 cups cucumber, 1/2-inch dice
1 cup ciabatta, grilled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Italian olives, pitted and halved
1 cup red onion, small dice
1/3 cup basil, julienne
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1. Toss together all ingredients except cheese; combine well until dressing fully coats ingredients.
2. Place salad onto a serving plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
