1/2 cup Marie’s® Super Blue Cheese Dressing
32 oz. ground beef, formed into 8-oz. patties
4 each burger rolls
12 slices tomatoes, sliced
2 cups arugula
1. Preheat skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Cook burger patties to desired temperature.
3. While burgers are cooking, toast burger rolls.
4. Layer sliced tomatoes and arugula on toasted roll.
5. Place cooked burger on arugula and top with blue cheese dressing.
