8 oz. Marie’s® White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette
2 oz. corn salsa, prepared
1 each jalapeño, roasted, seeded, small dice
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1. In a clean bowl, add dressing, corn salsa and jalapeño; combine well.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Place in a clean storage container and hold for service chilled.
