10 oz. Marie’s® Super Blue Cheese Dressing
4–6 oz. fried chicken, prepared
8 cups power greens
1 cup tomato, small dice
1 cup red onion, small dice
1 cup carrots, julienne
1 cup apples, julienne
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1. Cut chicken into cubes and hold.
2. Mix together dressing, greens, tomatoes, onions, carrots and apples; combine well.
3. Mound salad in a serving bowl, creating height. Place chicken in the center; finish by sprinkling cheddar cheese over the entire salad.
