8 oz. Marie’s® Super Blue Cheese Dressing
4 each (8-oz.) buffalo burger patties stuffed with blue cheese crumbles
Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 each hamburger buns
8 each tomato, slices
4 each onion, slices
1. Season burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Place on a hot broiler and cook to an internal temperature of 155ºF.
2. Toast buns; place a cooked burger on the bottoms and cover with sliced tomatoes and onion.
3. Drizzle the 2 oz. of blue cheese dressing over the top of the buns and cover the burgers.
