4 oz. Marie’s® Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup unsalted butter, divided
8 each bacon slices, thick cut
8 each large eggs
8 each cheddar cheese, sliced
4 each brioche buns
1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt half the butter. Add bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy, turning once. Remove bacon and cover to keep warm.
2. In the same skillet over medium heat, add remaining butter. Crack eggs and cook sunny-side up; during the last 2 minutes, melt 2 slices of cheddar cheese atop each egg.
3. Toast buns. For each sandwich, place bacon on the bottom half of the bun, place 2 eggs with melted cheese on the bacon, and drizzle ranch dressing over the top. Close sandwich with the top of the bun.
